The Bronx District Attorney is seeking an experienced attorney (7+ years of criminal law experience) to supervise attorneys in the prosecution of criminal cases in the Special Investigation Bureau. The New York State Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking an experienced prosecutor to serve in the Real Estate Enforcement Unit (REEU), located in Manhattan. REEU investigates and prosecutes cases involving bank fraud, deceptive lending practices, deed theft, tenant harassment, and frauds committed upon city and state agencies. REEU includes attorneys, investigators, auditors and analysts who conduct complex, long-term criminal investigations and prosecute cases from charging through conviction.

We are seeking attorneys with significant experience in the investigation of crimes utilizing techniques such as search warrants, forensic analysis of large volumes of data, and cooperating witnesses. Applicants must have a minimum of four (4) years of NYS or federal prosecutorial experience. Applicants must also have substantial grand jury and trial experience, be highly motivated and results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate, in addition will have experience developing and managing complex, document-intensive investigations. A background in finance and real estate is not necessary, but is a plus.
