Bio
I started my legal profession in 1988 at the Legal Aid Society - criminal defense division in Bronx county from 1988 until 1997. I represented thousands of indigent clients. I started my own practice in Orange County New York in 2001. I represent many Hispanic/Latinx clients in primarily criminal and dwi matters and vehicle and traffic courts. I also handle some landlord tenant matters.I was a member of the Dominican Bar Association when I worked in the Bronx and lived nearby and when Victor Guzman was in the DBA. I understand the importance of understanding potential immigration consequences when representing clients in criminal matters.
