1. Regular Members - 1 Year DBA Membership* - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Regular Member is a person who has been admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction in the United States or in the Dominican Republic and is in good standing with such jurisdiction.

2. Law School Graduates (Never admitted to practice) - 1 Year DBA Membership* - $35.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

3. Law Students - 1 Year DBA Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Proof of enrollment is required to activate this membership level.

Please send proof of law school enrollment within 15 days of the application to dominicanbarassoc@gmail.com.

Proof of enrollment includes: official or unofficial transcript, class schedule with law school and term information, and/or letter from law school verifying your enrollment.

For continued membership, law students must submit proof of law school enrollment on a yearly basis.

4. Foreign Attorneys - 1 Year DBA Membership* - $35.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A Foreign Attorney is a person who is not admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction in the United States, but is licensed to practice law in another country.

5. DBA Lifetime Membership - $1,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited A DBA Lifetime membership is a valuable membership which speaks to the dedication to The DBA's mission and objectives of promoting and empowering Latinos and other minorities in the legal profession. It is one-time, non-recurring fee.

6. Friend of the DBA* - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership allows non-attorneys to receive similar benefits as regular members and shows the dedication to The DBA's mission and objectives to support and empower Latinos in the legal profession.

*This membership is auto-renewed on a yearly basis. You may opt out of the auto-renewal membership by emailing The DBA at dominicanbarassoc@gmail.com
