LADC invites you to attend our Annual Diversity Roundtable, featuring an interactive session with Kenji Yoshino, Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law and author of Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights This engaging discussion will take a closer look into how everyone, regardless of background, faces pressure to “cover,” or downplay certain attributes to blend into the mainstream, and how this has a negative effect on both individuals and the organization.  We will learn how a more authentic workplace culture benefits everyone, and explore actionable solutions to create and sustain that culture.
