The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) Testing Task Force is conducting a practice analysis survey. The survey is an essential component of the Task Force’s three-year study to ensure that the bar exam keeps pace with a changing legal profession. 

The survey is open to attorneys nationwide and is focused on collecting information about the current job activities of newly licensed lawyers. The results, which will be published at the beginning of next year, will not only be used by NCBE to develop the next generation of the bar exam but will be informative to the profession as a whole.
